What gets deleted

• Every photo you have uploaded, including originals and cropped copies.
• Every generated video tied to your account.
• Your credit balance and purchase history records.
• Your account profile (name, email, sign-in link to Google).

After deletion, short-lived backups expire on their normal cycle and then nothing remains. We do not keep shadow copies.

Delete right now (signed-in users)

If you are signed in, you can wipe your account immediately. Deletion starts the moment you confirm — no waiting, no ticket.

Other ways to request deletion

1. In the studio. Once signed in, open the account menu and choose "Delete my data". It takes effect immediately.
2. By email. Send a request from the Google address associated with your account to the contact address in the studio footer, with the subject "Delete my data". We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

Before you go

Deletion is permanent. If you want to keep any generated videos, download them first — after deletion we cannot recover them. Purchased credits are cleared along with the account and are not refunded on deletion.
